St. Mary's Parish Church,
When Jesus was asked, “which is the greatest commandment?” he replied: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ This is the first and most important command. And the second command is like the first: ‘Love your neighbour the same as you love yourself.’All of the law and the writings of the prophets take their meaning from these two commands.”
Here at St Mary’s Church we aspire to be a place where all are made to feel welcome and encouraged, as we seek to live out that which Jesus considered to be the two most important commands. We are a small, vibrant and supportive church community.
Taking to heart Jesus' words, we are on a journey, which aims to take us to a deeper relationship with God and each other through worship, sacrament, prayer and an understanding of the Bible. We aim to be the heart of a caring community, where everyone can find peace in times of difficulty and all are encouraged to become the people they are meant to be.
We warmly invite you to join us on this journey.
Please contact Revd Canon Tim Neill, Ministre Desservant (and Rector to be) for all matters.
